Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Armed Taliban shot dead a car driver in Pul-e-Khumri-Kilegi highway in Baghlan yesterday.
Sahib Dad Ghafouri, the district governor of Doshi, told BNA that the driver of the Corolla, who was traveling from Pul-e-Khumri to Doshi, was shot dead in the Sang-e-Sorakh area on the Pul-e-Khumri-Kilagi highway because he was from Andrab district of Baghlan.
Ghafouri added that the Taliban’s ugly response to Andarab residents intensified after Khenjan and Doshi districts were ousted by the Taliban in collaboration with Andarab popular uprisings.
