Taluqan (BNA) An armed Taliban attack in Taluqan city in central Takhar was repulsed last night.
BNA quoted the Ministry of Defense as saying that a group of armed Taliban attacked on Taluqan city in central Takhar from four directions, which was faced with sever resistance of defense, security forces and a general uprising, and retreated again.
The source added that many casualties were inflicted on the Taliban in this incident and the exact number will be published later.
