Heart (BNA) Thirty-six Taliban insurgents were killed in the latest airstrikes in Herat, and dozens of other members of the group were wounded.
In these attacks, the Taliban were targeted last night in parts of Herat.
The deadliest air raid took place last night in Guzara district.
The attack targeted a Taliban rally.
A senior military official in the Zafar Army Corps in west told BNA that 36 Taliban insurgents, including several Pakistani fighters, had been killed and dozens more wounded in the airstrikes.
The Taliban have not yet commented.
