Kabul (BNA) A Taliban military official was killed along with his seven men in Kunar
Seven insurgents, including their military chief, were killed in a clearing operation by security and defense forces in Kunar last night.
Abdul Rahman, known as Zubair, the Taliban’s military chief, and seven other Taliban insurgents were killed in Sheltan District of Khost.
According to the source, a large amount of Taliban weapons also fell into the hands of the security forces during the operation.
The Taliban have not yet commented in this regard.
