Heart (BNA Twenty Taliban insurgent were killed in Golran district of Herat last night.
The Herat governor’s press office told BNA that the Taliban were killed in attacks by security forces in Golran district.
The source added that seven other armed Taliban were wounded in the attacks and some of their weapons fell into the hands of security forces.
It is said that successful operations by security forces in the district have cleared dozens of villages from the Taliban.
