Thousand families Received Humanitarian Aids In Paktika

Paktika (BNA) Department of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock in coordination with World Food Programme (WFP) and ORD technical assistance. Distributed foodstuffs to 5850 poor and needy families in that province.

Mawlawi Mohammad Ismail Shakib, Paktika’s director of agriculture, said the aids contains of flour, oil, salt, pulses and baby food.

Mr. Shakib said that efforts are being made to attract a large number of organizations and to provide all possible assistance to the poor and needy families of the martyrs of the province.
These organizations have already provided similar assistance to the needy and poor families and in the near future, 51200 families after surveying in districts of the province will received aids shortly.
