Maimana (BNA) The security forces arrested three key members of armed Taliban in Faryab last night.
Mohammad Hanif Rezaei, spokesman for 209th Shaheen Corps, told BNA that the security forces had arrested three key Taliban insurgents, Ali Mohammad, known as Osama, Mullah Ajmal and Abdul Ghafoor, from Faryab province.
Rezaei added, the detainees were engaged in terrorist activities in Almar, Pashtun Kot and Khawja Sabzposh districts of Faryab.
