Kabul (BNA) The head of UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) would assist needy Afghans during the winter.
Some 240,000 Afghan families are said to be in need of humanitarian assistance in winter.
The assistance will be given to those people who have no shelter or had returned from Iran and Pakistan.
