Charikar (BNA) A vehicle carrying Parwan National Security personnel was targeted by a roadside mine yesterday.
Confirming the incident, Abdul Wasy Rahimi, head of security at Parwan Police Command, told BNA that a Hilex-type vehicle of the Parwan National Security Directorate was targeted by a landmine near Hofian Sharif intersection in Charikar, central Parwan.
Parwan police chief has not yet commented on casualties, but Abdul Qassem Sangin, head of Parwan’s civil hospital, said three people were martyred and five wounded in the blast.
