Kabul (BNA) The support and cooperation of people with security forces of Azra district, Logar province and Hesarak district of Nangarhar province indicate that the security forces have their place in the hearts of people, but in contrary the Taliban due to their anti- national activities are further isolated and caused the outrage and hatred of the people.
BNA commentator writes: the security forces of the country were ordered recently to launch cleansing operations on those two districts whose residents were practically in besiege of armed Taliban and their relations with the residents of other regions severed and there were no security at all.
Considering the miseries of the people of the regions, security forces launching cleansing operations in Azra and Hesarak districts not only removed insurgents who were supported by dozens of Arabs and Panjabis but also rid the nearby areas from the threat of insurgents. The results of the operations specify certain issues needed to be seriously assessed.
Firstly, the presence of dozens of Panjabis and Arab countries nationals who fight against Afghan government and people alongside the Taliban as claimed by Afghan government and people once again became clear.
During the operations a great number of them were killed while they were wearing artificial beards. They had come to lead the war in our country and to issue the order for bloodshed and destruction in our homeland. The presence of foreign nationals especially Panjabis in Azra and Hesarak districts are not accidental, because the Pakistani intelligence knows about the strategic importance of the two districts and by controlling the districts they can disrupt security in Logar and Paktia provinces and threat Kabul, the capital and insecure Serobi vital highway. It should be mentioned that the Taliban in their incursion to Kabul in 1375 (Afghan calendar) used Azra and Hesarak districts, so they repeated once again but fortunately failed.
Taliban in close cooperation of the intelligence of the region had the control of Azra and Hesarak districts for a short period of time, during this period the anti- Afghan and anti- national interests inhumane acts of so called Taliban made it clear for people that Taliban are nothing but mercenaries of foreign intelligence who fight and kill their compatriots in order of their masters. Experiencing the heinous acts of notorious Taliban, the residents of Azra and Hesarak districts warmly welcomed the security forces and spared no any cooperation to Afghan national forces.
The operations in those two districts carried out by Afghan security forces independently with no support of coalition forces are applaud able and is a prove that they have the capability to defend the sovereignty, territorial integrity and the national interests of the country.
Now it is the time, the government offices to be revived and the doors of the schools to be opened and the reconstructions of the region especially the Azra and Hesarak districts should be among urgent priorities in order the people who suffered under Taliban rule, enjoy a better life and breathe freely.
