Taliban Top Commander Killed In Ghazni

Kabul (BNA) A senior commander of Taliban militants was killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Ghazni province.
Spokesman of Ghazni’s police chief told BNA correspondent, Mullah Nawed Ahmad Haqqani the key commander of Taliban militants was killed during clashes with Afghan security forces in Qala-e-Qazi region, Ghazni city the provincial capital of the province.
Mullah Nawed Ahamd Haqqani had active role in launching terrorist and destructive activities and assassinating civil and governmental employees and tribal elders in Ghazni province, the source added.
People of Ghazni hopeful that by killing Mullah Nawed Ahmad Haqqani security situation will be improved across the province, the source underlined.
