Kabul (BNA) The main incentive behind the continuing insecurities in Afghanistan is interferences of foreign countries and the problem will be removed only when the allies’ countries of Afghanistan practically practice what they have committed regarding complete removal of terrorism in the region.
Political analyst of BNA writes in that regard:
What Afghanistan has sustained during the last decades, is the result of adventurous and ambitious policies of neighboring countries which led to the growth of terrorism and extremism in the region and finally the terrorists who were trained in Pakistani seminaries by ISI in close cooperation of Pakistani forces succeeded to topple Mujahedeen government and take the power in this sensitive part of the world. From this stronghold ruled by Taliban, the Al-Qaeda terrorist group led the unprecedented terrorist attacks on world trade center twin towers. It was a great challenge to the entire world.
The international community considering this horrible phenomenon had no way but to directly engage in war against terrorism. Until then only the Afghan brave and true sons fought against terrorism and its supporters. So the Afghan forces with the direct help of international American led forces toppled the medieval regime of Taliban.
After the collapse of Taliban it was thought, the Taliban led terrorist groups have ended for eve but the time proved that it was wrong. They once again sheltered in their sanctuaries and training centers behind the Durand Line and again ISI organized, trained and sent them to Afghanistan for bloodshed and destruction. In spite of that international NATO led forces along Afghan security forces are fighting terrorism, unfortunately they have not succeeded to defeat them yet, because the targets NATO led forces are not to the point. The real targets are on the other side of Durand Line not inside the Afghan soil. So until the real targets are safe, it would be impossible to overcome terrorism and the war and bloodshed will continue in Afghanistan and they will succeed to widespread their terrorist activities to other countries of the region and hit their targets across the world.
Afghanistan as a hotbed of terrorist activities has sustain the heaviest casualties and damages so far suggests if there is a real intention and will for complete eradication of terrorism and extremism, the international forces should hit the targets on the other side of Durand Line where terrorists and Taliban design their terrorist plans and programs and launch against Afghan suffering people. So far terrorist and suicide attacks planned in Quetta and other Pakistani cities claimed the lives of thousands Afghan innocent civilians including men, women and children.
The international community recognizing the sensitive situation of Afghanistan had made generous assistance to this country during the last decade, but unfortunately the foreign interferences continue as before. Expressing gratitude for all assistances, we ask the international community to pressure our neighborly countries to stop interference in our country and sending terrorists and suicide attackers.
Afghanistan to get rid of terrorism and to restore peace in the country has signed cooperation agreements with a number of countries among them US, UK, India but in spite all efforts foreign interference still continue.
Afghanistan is talking with US world super power but affected from terrorist activities on signing a security cooperation agreement but still it has not been finalized. The process of the talks between the two countries is serious. Both sides try hard to realize their objectives and goals. Afghan side learning from past experiences tries signing any security cooperation with US to lead peace and stability in the country. As, Hamid Karzai the president of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in a visit with security advisors made it clear that Afghanistan has presented its views based on the interests of Afghan people to American side and seriously endeavors the national interest and the benefit of people should be considered in text of the agreement.
The words of president Karzai warmly welcomed by political experts of the country, because the president wants the security cooperation agreement should not remain on the paper and should practical and to put in practice, and to provide the ground for Afghanistan to use the influence and cooperation of world powerful countries in restoring peace in to the country and to end the adventurous policies of the region.
