BALKH (BNA) Revenue Department of Balkh province has collected 1.2 billion Afghanis in revenue in the last six months, officials said.
Haji Naseer Ahmad, director of the Balkh Revenue Department told BNA, that his department collected 1.2 billion Afghanis and exceeded the target set by the Ministry of Finance.
Tax revenue is divided into two parts, tax, products, transport, real estate revenue, union revenue, merchant tax, and import and export, in the second six months of the year 1400 staff of the revenue department were able to upsurge in the plan , he added.
Ahmad said more than eighty-nine million afghanis had been collected in the first months of 1401 solar year.
