Cabinet Holds Meeting

Kabul (BNA) The Ministry of Urban Development and Housing has been tasked by the cabinet meeting to rehabilitate schools damaged during last month incident, a statement from the presidential press office said the other day.
Before the cabinet meeting, the country’s president visited the area heavily damaged by the recent heavy vehicle born explosive attacks in Zanbaq Square and tasked the ministry of finance to provide the required fund for reconstruction of the damaged schools around the areas. President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani, during the cabinet meeting directed the ministry of urban development to specify budget for the damaged schools like Amani and Zarghona high schools during the last month deadly explosion, the statement added.
The ministry of justice, then presented the draft laws about meetings, sit-ins and demonstrations and the ministries of justice, interior and head of the independent reforms and civil services commission have been assigned to overview the draft and within two weeks and shared their investigation in the next meetings. The ministry of information and culture also presented the demand of China for holding of the Afghan exhibition in Chinese Museum of Dunhuang Mangoa Grotto in Gansu state of the country, with the cabinet stating that the exhibition should be taken to the country, due to security reasons, unless other countries were interested in holding the Afghan treasuries exhibition, said the statement.
Other ministers present at the meeting presented their suggestions, with the cabinet of the Islamic republic of Afghanistan pledging to address all the available problems.
