Kabul (BNA) Six armed rebels were killed and three hideouts have been destroyed by U.S. drone raid in Urozgan province.
According to reports, the drone targeted the insurgents and their hideouts in relevant areas of Tarinkot city the provincial capital of the province.
Dost Nayab spokesperson of Urozgan governor told BNA correspondent, the armed oppositions were busy on terrorist and destructive activities, which targeted and killed by U.S. drone.
According to another report, five militants were killed during clashes with Afghan security troops in Urozgan province.
The militants, while wanted to plant a roadside mine in Tarinkot highway targeted by Afghan forces.
