During their visits to Kabul and Bamyan the SAARC cultural center declared Bamyan as capital of SAARC in 2015. The credit goes to Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) which struggled to achieve the opportunity and this will have positive impact on economy, commerce, culture, and job opportunities in the province.  Ministry of Information and Culture (MoIC) expands its cultural plans and policies therefore it organized a seminar titled “Bamyan in the course of history” and the Ministry will conduct more seminars and conferences in order to develop cultural and economic condition of Bamyan.
