FARAH (BNA) A man was arrested on suspicion of dealing and producing alcoholic beverages in Farah on Thursday, police officials said.
The anti-narcotics department police officers arrested a man from the outskirt of Farah city, on-charge of dealing and producing alcoholic beverages, said Anwari a Farah local official to Bakhtar News Agency correspondent.
An alcohol production device was discovered from the arrested man, the source added.
The source further added, that dossier of the suspect is under investigation.
Under the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan rule, dealing drugs is banned (Haram) in the country, and the violator will be punished by law.
