Kabul (BNA) The ministry for public health launched the second round of anti-polio vaccination campaign titled “national week vaccination” in the country yesterday, BNA reported.
The minister for public health Dr. Saraya Dalil by giving two doses of the vaccine to the mouth of a child opened the campaign.
The three-day campaign covers 8.2 million children under 5 years old at a cost of 3.4 million US dollars which is financed by WHO, UNICEF, World Bank and the USAID.
