Kabul (BNA) The Afghan National Security Forces (ANSF) who has the duty of defending the national sovereignty, territorial integrity and independence of their homeland, trying to accomplish their duties with honesty and the people’s confidence has been increasing on them.
The security forces of Afghanistan, including the police, army and the NDS forces enjoying operative and military skills as well as high combat morale and independently defending their soil. The International Forces assisting ANSF through Resolute Support mission since beginning of 2015 in different sphere in particular in equipment, training and logistic fields. Whenever discussion are taken place on war, peace and defending the soil, the capacities of the ANSF, providing the modern military equipment for them and people’s support are being prioritized. Afghanistan once had the most developed and strong army in the region which had modern military equipment and had enough capacity of defending their country and providing security to the country’s citizens, where the enemies cannot forget their capabilities. But the regional intelligence agencies reached to their vicious goals through collapsing the country army. These circles clearly confessing on what they have done and calling it a matter of pride for their country, the people of Afghanistan not only condemn such acts, but also cursing such interferences and treasons.
In the current situation, the government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan is obliged to mobilize and support the country’s armed forces, considering the human right principles of supporting democracy and a system relies on people as well as based on the article 5th of constitution which indicates that ‘defending the national sovereignty, territorial integrity and bolstering the capacity of the armed forces are the main duties of the government.’ People’s support to ANSF is increasing day by day and such confidence would make their morale to be high enough in war on terror and would be continued as the immutable principle and the government must safeguard the achievements and support the ANSF. The people knew it already that the security forces carrying out tireless efforts and conducting operations to suppress the country’s enemies and the international terrorists so that to help bring peace and stability in the country. Currently military operations are underway in the north of the country to clean the area and pave the way for a peaceful life. Although the ANSF’s efforts are appreciable despite lacking essential equipment, but the citizens expect much more from them for having a secure and peaceful life.
