Kabul (BNA) the last 24 hours Afghan and NATO forces launching several cleansing operations as a result of which six armed rebels were killed.
Ministry of Interior press office told BNA, Afghan and NATO forces launched several operations in relevant areas of Logar, Paktika and Kandahar provinces as a result of which six armed oppositions were killed, three wounded and six others arrested.
It has been said some explosive materials also seized in the operations.
According to another report, Afghan security forces discovered and defused six mines which were planted by insurgents in Paktika and Helmand Provinces.
