Twelve Armed Oppositions Killed in Nangarhar

Kabul (BNA) including two Pakistani nationals’ twelve insurgents was killed during a military operation in Nangarhar province.
The insurgents’ hideout targeted by National army forces in Khogyani district of the province and killed.
Hazrat Hussain Mashriqiwal spokesman of police chief in Nangarhar told BNA, during the operation twelve armed rebels were killed.
Meanwhile a local official in the district says, two Pakistani nationals also were among the dead.
In the operation several hideouts of insurgents destroyed, dozens of heavy and light weapons seized and a huge amount of explosive materials discovered.
Spokesman of Nangarhar police chief says, the operation aiming to eliminate armed rebels in the district and still continuing.
He said, so far there were no casualties among security forces and civilians in the operation.
