Kabul (BNA) 28 Taliban fighters and Haqani network were killed in several military operations in the provinces of the country.
These fighters targeted by Afghan and NATO forces while carrying out terrorist activities in the vicinities of Kandahar, Logar, Ghazni, Sar-i-Pul and Nangarhar provinces.
BNA quoting from NATO press statement said, in these military operations, 28 fighters attributed to Taliban group and Haqani network including three local commanders of these groups were killed.
Meanwhile, NATO said that several arms and narcotic caches of Taliban were seized by these forces.
Hundreds arms such as mines, rocket launchers, suicide vest coats, explosive materials and hundreds kg of heroin and hashish were seized from them.
This statement said nothing about Afghan, NATO and civilians casualties.
