Herat (BNA) Under Secretary of State Windi Arshirman during her visit to Herat yesterday pointed out the US would continue to support women rights in Afghanistan.
Addressing newsmen, she said that pullout forces in 2014 do not mean the end of US supporting to Afghanistan.
During her stay to Herat, she also held meeting with several women there.
In her speech, head of women affairs department, Mahbuba Jamshidi described US cooperation as significant and successful in the capacity building of women in Afghanistan.
