Taliban Militants Killed in Zabul Recent Raids

Qalat (BNA) Eight Taliban militants were killed in recent raids of Afghan security forces and 13 others have been injured.
Two commanders and three Pakistani insurgents were also among the dead.
The attack occurred last night in Daichopan district, while a group of Taliban stormed on security forces.
ANA key commander in Atal army corps told BNA, in the raids, eight militants were killed and 13 others were injured.
Another report says, a series of blasts were prevented in Zabul province.
Security officials discovered and defused seven mines from busy roads of the province and prevented from deadly events.
No one has been detained in connection of the case.
Local sources blamed Taliban for failed mine planting.
Taliban mostly planted bombs and mines on busy roads of the province, which victimized civilians.
