Kabul (BNA) Seven armed Taliban were killed in separate clearing operations by national army forces in Helmand province yesterday.
National defense ministry press office said BNA, the operations was launched for elimination of insurgents in the relevant areas of Sangeen and Mosaqala districts, in which 7 insurgents were killed and 7 others wounded.
2 PK machine guns, 3 mines and quantity of ammunition were seized.
According to another report, another operation was launched in Wardoj district of Badakhshan province, two armed insurgents were killed and 8 others wounded.
