HELMAND (BNA) These centers are being constructed in the remote areas of the Khanshin district of the province.
The construction work of these two health centers’ treatment started in Khanshin today, said public health officials to BNA.
these health treatment centers will be completed in six months with the cooperation of global institutions.
These health centers’ treatment will have different parts but the main goal is to build maternity wards to save newborn babies from fatality.
After construction, these health centers will be equipped with advanced medical devices and drugs plus health care workers will be hired.
Khanshin local residents say, they had to travel to Lashkargah the capital of the province because there is no treatment center in their residency which traveling was too costly for them and many were unable to afford the cost.
In the meantime, earlier, the construction other of three medical centers in Musa Qala started.
