Kabul (BNA) As a result of a magnetic mine explosion, 16 civilians wounded in Balkh province yesterday.
Gen. Abdul-Rahman Rahimi police chief of Balkh said BNA; a magnetic mine was placed in car parking of Tahiri Business Center, which caused wounding of 16 people including four children, two women and shopkeepers of the commercial center.
In the incident four cars have been destroyed.
