Mine Blast Wounds Five Kids in Faryab

Maimana (BNA) Five kids were wounded in a mine blast that planted by Taliban insurgents in Faryab yesterday evening.

Abdul Karim Yurash, spokesman for Faryab police chief, told BNA that the children were wounded by a Taliban mine in Jurluq village of Qaisar district of the province and that one of them was in critical condition.

Armed opposition always plant mines on the roads for people in insecure areas of the country, most of which cause civilian casualties.
