Kabul (BNA) Afghan Security Forces detained two mine planters while they wanted to plant a mine in Chaharchino district of Urozgan province.
A local police commander in Urozgan told BNA, these two mine planters wanted to plant a mine on a rush way, fortunately security forces succeeded to arrest them and to prevent a bloody incident.
Mostly Taliban planting the mines in rush ways and victimizing innocent people.
