NSA Mohib, Gen. Bajwa Talks Afghan Peace Process

Kabul (BNA) The Afghan national security adviser (NSA) and the Pakistan army chief have held talks on the ongoing reconciliation process in the neighboring country.
Hamdullah Mohib and Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa met on Wednesday and discussed prospects for peace in Afghanistan.
During the meeting at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi, matter of mutual interest, peace and stability in the region and Pak-Afghan border management were also discussed, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.
A day after senior Taliban official’s serval Afghan political figures including ex-president Hamid Karzai met in Moscow.  They reaffirmed commitment to peace in Afghanistan.
