Kabul (BNA) Security and defense forces conducted several clearing operations in 11 provinces of the country killed 96 armed insurgents.
According to national defense ministry press office to BNA the security and defense forces conducted joint offensive operations aimed to annihilate armed insurgents in various parts of the country killed 96 armed oppositions, wounded 48 and detained 7 others.
The operations carried out in Nangarhar, Laghman. Urozgan, Herat, Farah, Nimroz, Faryab, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kunduz and Helmand provinces.
11 motorbikes and quantity of weapons and ammunition, explosive devices have been demolished in the operations.
