Taliban Rebels Killed In Kandahar Battles

Kandahar (BNA) Seven Taliban rebels were killed during clashes by Afghan security forces in Kandahar province.
The clashes occurred while a group of Taliban wanted to organize terrorist activities.
Senior commander of ANA in south of the country told BNA, seven assailants were killed in the conflicts.
He said, the attackers recently entered from Pakistan to Kandahar province and wanted to organize a series of attacks.
It is said that no harm and losses incurred to residents and security forces in the clashes.
Another report says, the security official prevented from a series of blasts in Kandahar province.
According to reports, the security forces discovered and neutralized five mines from crowded areas of the province and prevented from a series of deadly events.
Another report says, two weapons caches of insurgents were discovered in Kandahar province.
The caches have been discovered from a hideout of Taliban in Speenboldak District, several heavy and light weapons, and explosives were also seized from the cache.
