“Present Armed Opposition War is Psychological”: Patang

Kabul (BNA): Acting Minister of Interior Affairs visited Khost province and assessed security situation there.
During the visit he had separate meetings with police forces, government officials, and people’s representatives and assessed security situation there emanating from outside the country.
Mujtaba Patang also attended a meeting at the coordination center of security forces in Khost with the participation of Khost governor, and said that Khost is having security threats due to having border with the North and South Waziristan where the Al-Qaedah and Haqqani terrorist networks are stationed, however the bravery and good performance of the security forces have caused security to improve there.
Patang added that armed oppositions have conducted a psychological war to show insecure the situation in Afghanistan.
