Pul-e-Khumri (BNA) Saffron farmers of Baghlan participated in a theoretical and practical training, BNA reported.
Najibullah Mudaqiq provincial head of saffron department of agriculture irrigation and livestock directorate of Baghlan said to the agency, thirty-five saffron cultivators of the province received practical and the theoretical training.
The purpose of the training program is to raise professional and technical capacity of saffron farmers in cultivating, training, growing and marketing, he said to the agency.
