Kabul (BNA) 18 insurgents were killed during Afghan security forces clearing operations.
Interior ministry press office told BNA, during the operations which was launched in Nangarhar, Zabul, Midan/Wardak, Logar, Ghazni, Paktika and Helmand provinces 18 insurgents were killed, an insurgent injured and 22 others arrested.
It has been said in the operations some heavy and light weapons were seized.
According to another report, police discovered and dismantled 6 mines from Kunduz, Uruzgan, Paktika and Herat provinces.
Meanwhile, Kabul police arrested three persons accused of robbery, drug trafficking in first and tenth precinct of the city.
