Kabul (BNA) Over 66 armed rebels killed and 33 others were injured during joint military operations led by Afghan National Defense and Security Forces (ANDSF) within the 24 hours across the country.
Ministry of national defense press office stated BNA, the operations were conducted by support of Afghan air and artillery forces to annihilate armed oppositions and ensure peace and stability in insecure areas of Nangarhar, Laghman, Kapisa, Logar, Ghazni, Kandahar, Zabul, Badghis, Balkh, Faryab, Badakhshan and Helmand provinces.
The terrorists killed and injured during 14 joint military operations and 17 air strikes, the source added.
