President Karzai Condemns Terrorist Attack On Ismail Khan

Kabul (BNA) Hamid Karzai, President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has condemned terrorist attack on former Minister of Water and Energy Mohammad Ismail Khan.
According to Herat local officials, A suicide bomber blew his explosives-laden west up at a time when former minister of Water and Energy and first deputy of presidential runner Ustad Abdul Rassoul Sayyaf was leaving a mosque in 5th district of Herat city.
Local officials said nobody sustained injuries including Mohammad Ismail Khan in the attack. President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan has seriously condemned the attack, saying attacking on Mohammad Ismail Khan was a series of plots planned by Afghanistan enemies targeting the country’s Mujahid and home-loving figures. President Karzai asserted the attacks would not deter Afghans from those ways they have selected for their country’s development.
