Seven Militants Killed

Kabul (BNA) The security forces in the last 24 hours conducting several clearing operations, killed 7 armed Taliban.
According to Interior Ministry press office, the security forces conducting several operations in the outskirts of Paktika, Urozgan, Zabul, Kandahar and Nangarhar provinces, killed 7 armed militants, wounded 2 and arrested three others.
A quantity of explosives was seized by the forces.
According to another report, the national police forces of Kabul security directorate arrested eight persons accused of stealing and rubbery from 7th and 9th precinct of Kabul city.
Another report says, five armed Taliban were killed in Purchaman district of Farah province yesterday.
Jaweed Kargar spokesman of Farah security directorate said BNA, the Taliban were killed when they attacked on police posts in the district.
According to Kargar, Taliban after suffering losses fled from the site.
4 Kalashnikovs, 4 rocket launchers, 5 sets of communication were seized by police.
The source said, three policemen of the posts were wounded in the clash and transferred to hospital.
