Taliban Sustain Huge Casualties In Operations Led By VP Dostum

Sheberghan (BNA) In freshest conflicts in northern Jawzjan province, tens of Taliban insurgents have been killed and injured and many villages cleared from their existence, BNA reported.
An Afghan National Army commander in Jawzjan said that in recent clashes, as many as 6 local commanders among 36 Taliban have been killed and 54 others injured, BNA further said.
First Vice President, Gen. Abdul Rashid Dostum has ordered the province’s ANA and ANP commanders to establish military bases after clearing the areas which were under the Taliban control, the report continued.
Recently, First VP Gen. Dostum has gone to northern Jawzjan province to lead the military operations against the terrorist groups, where he warned the insurgents to give up war and destruction to stay alive.
The operation will not stop unless all parts of the province are completely cleared.
