Kazakhstan To Assist Afghanistan In Fighting Terrorism, Minister

Kabul (BNA) President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in a meeting with Kazakh Defense Minister, here in Kabul, thanked him for his country’s continued cooperation with Afghanistan and appreciated it for repairing the country’s air-force helicopters, Bakhtar, a state owned news agency said Tuesday.
The president said that both countries’ related organs in charge should on the issue, according to the agency.
Kazakh Defense Minister, Atam Kolov, meanwhile said that Afghanistan was at the front line of war on terrorism and that his country was ready to cooperate with Afghanistan in different fields including fighting terrorism, said the agency.
He said the two countries related official have to meet and discuss the way on how to cooperate Afghanistan by using optic fiber in the fields of agriculture, mines, water management, controlling drug and war on terrorism, the agency quoted.
The country’s president thanked him for his country’s preparation to provide cooperation in said areas and asked him for training Afghan professionals, according to the agency.
