Lashkargah (BNA) Four tribal elders were killed in a roadside mine in Helmand province last night.
It is said that these elders was going to mosque for prayers were martyred by Taliban.
Daud Ahamdi spokesman of Helmand governor said to BNA, this mine was placed by Taliban in Qazikhail area, Kajaki district and cased martyrdom of four tribe elders.
According to Ahmadi, the killed elders are Mawlavi Khairullah, Hajji Abdul Ghafoor, Hajji Qodratullah and Mosa Kalem.
Another report says that in an operation of police forces in the vicinities of Sangeen and Naharsaraj district of Helmand province, 11 armed Taliban rebels were arrested.
This operation conducted by Special Forces of police in Sangeen and Naharsaraj districts yesterday.
In this operation, three Taliban from Sangeen district and 8 Taliban from Naherseraj district with their hand arms were arrested.
