Kabul (BNA) Press office for Afghanistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs quoted Chinese embassy to Kabul as rejecting Tuesday the media report claiming the Chinese banks dollar transactions with most Afghan commercial banks recently.
“The report on the dollar halt with the Afghan commercial banks is utterly groundless,” the embassy said in a statement as quoted by the ministry’s public relations and spokesman office.
The Banks of China and Afghanistan have normal business ties, according to the statement calling China Attaches great importance to developing its relationship with Afghanistan.
China is willing, as always, to work together with the Afghan side to promote the bilateral cooperation in all fields, the statement concluded.
