Taliban Insurgents Killed in Badghis Clash

Qala-e-Naw BNA) Fourteen Taliban insurgents were killed and thirteen others have been injured in a clash by security troops in Badghis last night.
The clashes took place last midnight following a Taliban attack on military bases in Qadis district and continued until this morning.
Zafar Army Corps in west of the country said in a newsletter that fourteen armed Taliban, including their leaders were killed and thirteen others wounded.
The corps confirmed the death of a popular uprising against the Taliban in the battle.
The Taliban have not yet commented in this regard.
