Thirty-Eight Armed Taliban Killed

Kabul (BNA) Afghan security forces launching clearing operations during the past 24 hours killed 38 armed rebels in different parts of the country.
Interior ministry press office reported BNA, the operations were launched for clearing the sites from existing of armed rebels in relevant areas of Nangarhar, Paktia, Farah, Kunduz, Faryab, Ghazni, Ghor and Nemroz provinces in which 38 armed Taliban  killed, 25 wounded  and 4 others arrested  .
In the operations numerous of heavy and light weapons and ammunitions seized.
According to another report, Afghan police forces while carrying out their duties discovered and defused 28 mines from relevant areas of Laghman, Paktia and Helmand provinces.
