Kabul (BNA) Prof. Mohammad Rassoul Bawari, Acting Minister of Information and Culture praised Hadiurahman Hadi, advisor to the Ministry of Information and Culture on Cultural Affairs and awarded him letter of appreciation, BNA reported the other day.
Mr. Hadi has worked as cultural advisor to the ministry for several years.
