Kabul (BNA) The construction work of two water canals has been completed and put into exploitation in northern Samangan province today.
Mullah Omar Anas head of the Khulam Naval Basin told BNA correspondent, the water canals has been built with a cost of 102,150000 Afghanis funded by World Bank in Khulam district of the province.
By construction of the water canals, drinking water have been provided to more than 2000 families and 3 thousand hectares of land will be irrigated.
