Kabul (BNA) Chairman Senate, Fazel Hadi Muslimyar praised the performances of Mohammad Arif the commander of security unit of the parliament over his good performances, here on Tuesday.
In a ceremony attended among others by some officials including head of security affairs of the national assembly, commandeer Arif was also promoted to the rank of colonel in recognition of his services. Speaking on the occasion, Muslimyar besides lauding commander Arif’s good performances and professionalism said promotion from one hand is privilege and from the other, increases responsibility in serving people and the country.
