(BNA) Germany Aid for Afghan Children (GAAC) organization have assisted foodstuffs to 450 athletes and Afghanistan National Olympic Committee Department’s workers.
Nazar Mohammad Motmean acting president of the Afghanistan National Olympic Committee praised the Germany Aid for Afghan Children organization said, support of athletes and employees of the committee is a clear sign of love for sports in Afghanistan.
Meanwhile, Haji Mohammad Alam Shahab head of Germany Aid for Afghan Children organization addressing to athletes and the committee’s staffs said, you are the real ambassadors of the country and symbols of peace, we will continue our assistance with you in the future.
Qari Abdul Mateen Rahimzai chairman of Refugees and Repatriation Department of Kabul told, besides supporting athletes, we are trying to solve athletes’ problems in the country.
The distributed aids includes, flour, rice, cooking ghee, sugar, beans and tea.
