Mehtarlam (BNA) Two people were arrested in Laghman with a large consignment of drugs.
These people were arrested yesterday in Mehtarlam city when they wanted to smuggle 100 kilograms of opium somewhere.
Laghman police official told BNA that the detainees had skillfully planted the drug packages in a car.
The two men admitted to dozens of drug trafficking cases in their first investigation.
Police say the cases of the detainees will soon be handed over to the judiciary.
