Kabul (BNA) Twenty-five Taliban insurgents were killed in an airstrike in Kandahar last night.
Fawad Aman, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of National Defense, told BNA, the air force targeted a Taliban rally in the seventh security district of Kandahar, killing 25 insurgents and wounding 13 others.
According to another report, seven Taliban insurgents were killed in an operation by security and defense forces in Alishang District, Laghman today.
Fawad Aman, Deputy Spokesman of the Ministry of National Defense, told BNA, Defense and security forces carried out an operation in the Granjaveh area of Alishang District, Laghman this morning, in which seven Taliban insurgents were killed and four others were wounded.
